Happy New Year..
01/01/2012 by shaun.
to everyone who has ever read the blog but got fed up with it not being regularly written. Well 2012 will be a good year for you because my new years resolution (one of the 15 I have that is) is to write the blog every day. So subscribe to the feeder or find me on Facebook and get an automatic update every day.
So today is that start of a new year and it began with the ponies breaking out of their field and running riot on the yard and charging down the road and back again. I am glad that they don’t head up to the A977 when they break out but it is still very annoying for everyone. Fortunately Robyn and Sandra where on the yard when it happened and we were driving back from Dollar so they only had about 5 minutes of freedom.
Mucking out this morning was done in 35 minutes with everyone joining in. We call it Ninja Mucking Out. 16 stables and water and hay in the dairy and back pens in just over half an hour. We were cooking! Well done to Katie, Hamish and Ru.
And the nicest thing I saw today was underneath one of our apple trees. I took a photo of it but I am not sure if you will be able to make out what it is..
