Saturday was worming day..

..and all the ponies and horse got wormed. For some this was straightforward, weigh tape and then shoot the paste into their mouths but for others it was much harder. Mini-misty does not like wormer and everytime the wormer went near her mouth she bounced up onto her back feet. It would have been worrying but for the fact it was mini-misty. And then there was Jess. At a big 14.2, when she decided she wasn’t having any wormer we all tool care. So it got mixed in her feed, and still she wasn’t having any. So it got added to a bread and honey sandwich. Still no go, so we tried to hand feed her with the sandwich. Eventually, Rebecca added alph-alpha and hand fed her lumps of the bread, honey, alph-alpha and wormer until she had eaten it all.

And after work we all went out to Pam’s for a Burn’s Supper. That was why I didn’t write the blog yesterday.
